These white morph Great
Blue Herons were photographed in Everglades National Park. The top one
was photographed at the second culvert in Taylor Slough, and the bottom
one feeding on the tidal flats opposite the Flamingo Visitor's Center.
The pictures were taken, handheld, with a Coolpix 4500 digital camera through
a Leica Televid APO 77 spotting scope. They were then post-processed in
Photoshop.
